Welcome. By using Endless Rally you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose — we want you to read them.
Endless Rally is a motorcycle maintenance logbook and a public mileage leaderboard. You can record your bike's service history, mods, fuel stops, and odometer updates. You can choose to display your bike publicly on the leaderboard.
You own the stuff you upload — bike photos, log entries, notes, parts info. We just store it for you and display it according to your privacy settings.
By making a bike public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that bike's public-facing data (year, make, model, odometer, your username) on the leaderboard, public rider profile, and shareable history pages.
You keep your content. Delete a bike or your account and the related data goes away.
If you do any of the above, we may suspend or delete your account without warning.
The leaderboard ranks bikes by KM ridden since you joined (current odometer minus the odometer at signup). It is honor system unless someone disputes a result, in which case we may ask for photo proof. We reserve the right to remove or correct entries that look fabricated. There is no prize money or formal sanctioning. It's a shared scoreboard, run for fun.
While we're in beta, the service is free, all features are unlocked, and things might break. After beta we plan to charge a small subscription (currently slated at $1 CAD/month). We will give you advance notice before any payment becomes required and you can leave at any time.
We try to keep the site up but we can't promise 100% uptime. If something breaks for a long time, email us. We may need to take the site down for maintenance occasionally.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee your data will never be lost, the leaderboard will always be accurate, or the service will always be available. Back up anything you can't afford to lose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months (which during beta is $0).
Specifically: we are not responsible for any mechanical decisions you make based on what you logged here. Service intervals, torque specs, part compatibility — verify with your manual or a qualified mechanic. This is a logbook, not advice.
Some service log entries display links to RevZilla. We may earn a small commission if you buy through those links. This doesn't change the price you pay.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top and email registered users. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
You can delete your account anytime by emailing fun@endlessrally.com. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in BC courts.
